E.A.R.N. provides two levels of educational programs to students demonstrating need. Those students must request assistance by utilizing this E.A.R.N. Online Student Assistance Application. Each application is reviewed immediately by our team for accuracy and confirmation of information. Applicants under consideration will have a telephone interview to verify information. When an applicant passes the initial screening, the student is assigned to the program that best matches their circumstance and future goals.

PLEASE NOTE: It is advised that you review the form before you begin filling it out. You will be asked for a short explanation of your needs. If you are unable to complete the application, DO NOT SUBMIT IT. You will not be able to return to complete it later. Remember, this is an application for valuable assistance. Complete it as if it was a resume. Submissions with improper formatting or that don’t fulfill the requirements will be ignored.
